Processing procedure:
custom precision compression springs is streamlined with strict precision control, ideal for industrial, automotive, and electronic applications: premium stainless steel, carbon steel, or alloy steel wire is first selected as required and precisely cut via CNC equipment with a tolerance of ±0.1mm; the core coiling and forming is then finished by CNC spring coiling machines to produce spring blanks with specified outer diameters, free lengths, and pitches, meeting OEM drawing specifications; the springs are subsequently subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, boost spring strength and elasticity, and prevent deformation under long-term compression; next, the two ends of the springs are precision-ground to ensure uniform force distribution during compression, and surface treatments such as electroplating and passivation are applied as needed to enhance corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, fully complying with RoHS and REACH standards; finally, the springs undergo multiple inspections including dimensional measurement, load testing, and fatigue testing.
